Kerrie Symonds established Ecoplan Projects is 2005. Kerrie has a Bachelor of Town Planning (Hons 1), Master of Commerce (Land Economy) and Master of Business Administration (Technology Management).

Kerrie is a property professional, planner and land economist with over twenty years experience in planning and land development in the private sector and local and State government. She has extensive experience in all aspects of planning, appointing and managing consultants, developing and implementing strategies to minimise risk and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver results. Her key skills are based on an understanding of the planning system to implement strategies to achieve development outcomes.

Kerrie works predominantly from Ecoplan Projects' office in Sydney's northern beaches, but also from client's offices where beneficial. Ecoplan Projects Pty Ltd is fully pre-qualified for work under the NSW Office of Finance and Services ‘Performance and Management Services’ Pre-Qualification Scheme.
